- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—please refer to the return process.

- They are unused and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items include: Perishable goods (e.g., food, vegetables), Personal care or hygiene products, Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page.
3. Return Process
- Go to My Orders → Select item → Click "Return"
- Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-4 days.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we'll initiate a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer (you'll be contacted for details).
